"Do less with more focus"

This image shows the text, "do less with more focus".  I understand this quote because typically having more focus makes you better able to complete tasks or achieve goals, even if you do less quantitatively than you would have with less focus.  I think I could apply this to my schooling and life because being more focused allows you to learn more quickly and extensively; whereas, if you aren't very focused and have to do more work, you might still not understand exactly what you're doing.
